IKEA Cat Box
myminifactory
All cats adore boxes - this one will be their absolute favorite! This is a DIY project for your IKEA KALLAX shelving unit, and naturally, it's also perfect for your feline friend. To get started, you'll need a few basic materials: a 3D printer and a suitable box with dimensions of approximately 33x33x33 cm - the DRÖNA is an ideal choice. Here are the step-by-step instructions: First, print both STL files (Ring01 and Ring02). Next, carefully cut out a hole in the box with a diameter of 16 cm. If you're using a box like DRÖNA that has paperboard inside, simply use a sharp knife to remove the circle - it doesn't have to be precise; the ring will cover any minor mistakes. Now, take Ring01 and position it behind the hole, making sure the bars are all aligned through the opening. Place Ring02 on top of it from the other side, ensuring that the slots line up with the bars. Press them together firmly - they should fit snugly without requiring any adhesive. If necessary, use a small amount of superglue to secure them in place.
