<p>This is a simple locking clip for IKEA BUMERANG hangers and shoulder shapers.</p><p><a href="https://www.ikea.com/ca/en/p/bumerang-hanger-natural-30238543/">https://www.ikea.com/ca/en/p/bumerang-hanger-natural-30238543/</a> <a href="https://www.ikea.com/ca/en/p/bumerang-shoulder-shaper-for-hanger-white-70293274/">https://www.ikea.com/ca/en/p/bumerang-shoulder-shaper-for-hanger-white-70293274/</a></p><p>Shoulder shapers are great add-ons to prevent sweaters from stretching, but it's annoying that they don't clip firmly onto the the hangers. Every time you take a sweater off of a hanger, the shaper wants to come with it.</p><p>These clips slide onto the undersides of BUMERANG hangers to lock shapers into place.</p><p>There are three different sizes of clips, with the shorter and larger versions changing the height of the tabs by 1mm. I suggest printing one of the regular-sized clips and doing a test-fit with all of your hangers. Most of my BUMERANG needed the regular clip, but two needed the shorter version (to get a tight fit) and one needed the taller version for the tabs to clip in.</p><p>You could also just print out tall clips and have them slightly loose, but where's the fun in that?</p><h3>Print settings</h3><p>These clips only use 1.2g of plastic with two walls and zero infill. Strength comes from the inner triangle, which enables you to push on a clip to lock it in (without fear of snapping it).</p><p>Print them on their sides (as oriented in the STL files), so that the tabs won't break.</p>
