This is a simple locking clip for IKEA Bumerang hangers and shoulder shapers. https://www.ikea.com/ca/en/p/bumerang-hanger-natural-30238543/ https://www.ikea.com/ca/en/p/bumerang-shoulder-shaper-for-hanger-white-70293274/ Shoulder shapers are great add-ons to prevent sweaters from stretching, but it's annoying that they don't clip firmly onto the the hangers. Every time you take a sweater off of a hanger, the shaper wants to come with it. These clips slide onto the undersides of Bumerang hangers to lock shapers into place. There are three different sizes of clips, with the shorter and larger versions changing the height of the tabs by 1mm. I suggest printing one of the regular-sized clips and doing a test-fit with all of your hangers. Most of my Bumerangs needed the regular clip, but two needed the shorter version (to get a tight fit) and one needed the taller version for the tabs to clip in. You could also just print out tall clips and have them slightly loose, but where's the fun in that?
