Modify your terrible watering can with a gentle shower instead of a thick pour. Full details at https://www.alexwhittemore.com/ikea-bittergurka-watering-can-shower-head/ Lid should be printed in TPU, shower head in whatever you please. You'll probably have to drill out the holes after printing with a 1mm bit. 1/16" is 1.5mm - probably too big. Lid V2 fits tight but bows up in the middle. Lid V3 is a little more relaxed, but I haven't tested it.
