Ikea Billy Drawers

This is a custom set of drawers made specifically for an Ikea Billy bookcase, precision-cut from 3mm HDF/MDF using a state-of-the-art laser cutter. The individual drawers boast a spacious interior of 71x102x28mm each, and a total of 72 drawers are included in the design. To facilitate internal organization, I've also provided an openSCAD script to generate custom partitions for the drawers as needed, along with an STL file for a three-partition insert. Originally designed for my own electronic components, these drawers would be equally suitable for a wide range of craft supplies. When assembling the frame, it's crucial to ensure that all parts are held perfectly square while gluing together, which is why I designed and printed some specialized brackets, available in the 'glue bracket.stl' file. To bond the drawers securely, I employed superglue due to its speed and convenience.
