Supports for IKEA Billy Bookcase Shelves I created a design that fills two peg holes and adds extra support to shelves on my Billy bookcase. The shelf I use to hold games consoles is warped with age, causing a large gap between the shelf and the bookcase. If pushed too far, the shelf has collapsed in the past. Installing four of these supports helps to reinforce the shelf and makes it much less unstable. Included are STL and OpenSCAD files for 3D printing. To get the right size, read the STL file using a millimeter scale. I printed with the pegs facing up, which required a 180-degree rotation around the Y axis.
