IKEA Billy door pull drill guide

The IKEA Billy bookcase 203.238.05 comes with a wooden "knob" to open the doors, which I found neither ergonomic nor aesthetically pleasing, so I wanted to replace it with a brushed satin drawer pull. The new handle is 3 inches (76mm) on center for the screws. This drill guide will locate off of the pre-drilled hole for centering and provide properly spaced holes for the new handle. This piece is designed to be relatively thick to help keep the drill bit square with the door. The guide pin is tapered to make it easy to insert into the hole, and the alignment tabs have a draft on them to make it easier to get onto the door, and for some added strength. The drill bushings are sleeved with a taper towards the door, which means that the typical forces from the drill bit will tend to pull the piece together rather than tear it apart. Print Settings: Printer Brand: Ultimaker Printer: Ultimaker 3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: Low Infill: Normal Notes: Print this flat side down, but I'm not sure how to rotate the STL file. I made design decisions to optimize this for 3D printing. Try printing with at least 0.9mm wall thickness to make sure that the drill bushings are as strong as possible. I quickly designed this in OnShape.https://cad.onshape.com/documents/8b7fab5b48bccd8cf214feea/w/7ad7066ef3cc287cda492a07/e/ad881a4045c6d1c7af72218
