These corner pieces now make my standalone IKEA night stand incredibly stable. The wobble has vanished completely. Each bracket uses four screws, with only two brackets likely required per cabinet section, but I added brackets to the lower corners as well for a total of four. This setup is now absolutely solid. I utilized two existing holes which require a #12-1/2" screw. You'll need to drill two small pilot holes in the top and bottom cabinet pieces and I used #10-1/2" screws in these new drilled holes.
