This simple hack elevates the Ikea Bekant office table to a more ergonomic level for people who spend extended periods seated at their computer. By doing so, it promotes better posture and reduces the strain on your back and neck. To print this modification, you'll need to print it four times: two copies in standard orientation and two in reversed orientation. To adjust the height of the desk surface to your desired level, simply lower the component into the build platform. The default height is set at 5 centimeters or 2 inches.
