Ikea is a fantastic storehouse of products, 90% of which are high-quality and meticulously designed. Unfortunately, 10% of them don't quite meet expectations, like when you purchase an Ikea kitchen and a dishwasher from another brand because Ikea dishwashers are too pricey for their functionality. Then you're forced to buy the BEHJÄLPLIG Rail Set, which is subpar. Even if you assemble it precisely according to the specifications, the top part will break easily. In my country, this product is no longer available because Ikea discontinued its sale due to customer complaints and the weak quality of its parts. Since I couldn't find a free STL file for it, I designed one myself. You'll notice that the STL model looks rough because it was created using 3D scans from two-dimensional images and an SVG of the original piece, which didn't have identical dimensions. Despite this, it works fine. I'm also too embarrassed to share the SCAD file, but you won't need it anyway. The design consists of three parts: The first part serves as a bottom fixation for the door, which I used for my dishwasher. It might be too large, so I needed an extra piece to secure it properly. The second part is also for bottom fixation and is a cap for the joint between two original Ikea plastic components. Unfortunately, my door fell off due to a misaligned connection. The third part is the one that always breaks – it's the part you plug into the rail's door.
