Lost a few of the Ikea plastic sleve inserts during a big move and also didn't feel like paying $10 for a few tiny pieces of plastic when I own a 3d printer. For anyone who would like to design their own, the holes for the screw mounts on the bed are ~1/4 inch and the middle column holes are ~5/8ths apart, center to center. The sleves these replace are 1/2 inch tall.
