Design flaw alert: The pivot rods and holes are currently misaligned. I'll address this issue soon. To avoid structural weakness, I strongly recommend against printing these parts in PLA or ABS, as they would be too fragile due to their small size. For a sturdy version, consider using a 3D mill or 3D laser cutter. Although it's uncertain how to achieve a robust print with current technology, the model is available if future advancements allow metal printing. This design was created with calipers and a broken backpack buckle as reference points. I'll focus on producing the frame; the rods will be left out of this project.
