IKEA Antonius hack: "Rill" caster wheel bracket
thingiverse
I own an Antonious wire mesh drawer that houses my tools, but I wanted to make it mobile by installing caster wheels on it. However, there was no suitable way to attach the wheels directly, so I decided to create these custom brackets using 3D printing technology. The design of the brackets features metal threads that are integrated into the plastic itself, allowing me to screw the wheels securely onto them. Once the wheels are attached, the brackets can be fixed to the drawer using zip ties, resulting in a very stable and sturdy setup.
