In this initial project, I used Google Sketchup to design clips for a pavilion frame. The 1cm clips are specifically for the corners where the frame is merely 1cm thick, while 2cm clips serve the rest of the frame. A 0.3mm layer height, two outer perimeters, and 33.3% infill were used during printing with KISSlicer software on a 0.4mm nozzle from my Mendelmax 3D printer. Photos of these clips have been added, and an amusing update reveals that the 2cm clips also fit Misumi extrusions of my Mendelmax, making them suitable for attaching light tubes as well!
