This is a versatile bracket I designed to enable a full-size shelf to be easily installed at any height beneath an Ikea table fitted with Adils 40mm legs. The bracket securely clamps around the legs, simply slide it onto the leg and lock into place at the desired height using a 25mm (approximately) 4mm bolt. Tighten the bolt enough to prevent the bracket from sliding, if it won't twist onto the leg when applying reasonable force then it's tightened sufficiently. There are two screw holes located in the top of the bracket for attaching the shelf.
