I printed the main gear for my Ikarus ECO 8 helicopter using 3D technology. The gear measures 180t and is 0.5m in size. It's made from high-quality ABS plastic with 70% infill density and a layer thickness of 0.15mm. After printing, it functioned perfectly until the landing was too rough, causing some teeth to break off.
