<p>Two tSNE plots of the same underlying data. Created during a high-dimensional data workshop taught by Rebecca Ihrie and Jonathan Irish.</p> <p>This is a tSNE plot that I created using all cells from an example AML dataset provided by Jonathan Irish. One tSNE was created using all markers, the other was created excluding CD34, CD38, and CD117 (which had a gradient profile across the entire plot). The exclusion increased the number of distinguishable islands.</p> Category: Biology
