Here's a pillow-block for the Robo3D R1 & R1+ using IGUS RJM-08 plastic bearings. I've verified its functionality on my own R1 and it operates quietly. The design was printed in ABS, but PLA isn't recommended due to proximity to the heated bed; however, other filaments with high melting points should work effectively.
