So I reworked https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1533880 and discovered it had a slightly larger outer diameter than the standard bearing blocks of my Anet A8, so I trimmed off the excess from the ends to make it an exact match. This is designed for use with the Igus RJMP-01-08 bearing that's more readily available since the most popular direct replacement is consistently on back order. You'll need to print http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2103292 to secure the bearing in place within the block.
