Igus Bushing Press

I fabricated the bearing blocks and utilized my vise to press them into place but I desired them centered within the block, thus I devised this solution. It is precisely the right size to easily fit inside the hole while still supporting most of the bushing. The slightly larger marks the midpoint when inserting the bearing so simply press it until the shorter, wider section aligns with the outer edge of the block. The blocks I employed can be found at www.thingiverse.com/thing:1172838 Although I have not yet installed the new blocks, the Igus bushings are a snug fit that I would not have been able to press in by hand.
