I grabbed my trusty Igloo 'Little Playmate' cooler one fateful day, only to discover that its lid no longer latched closed properly. The culprit behind this problem was a broken piece inside the lid itself. Determined to fix this issue, I pulled out my computer and launched Fusion 360 to create a replacement part. First, I carefully measured the remaining piece under the lid button and took note of some key dimensions and assumptions. Although I'm not sure which Igloo cooler models this fix will work for, I do know it should fit the smaller playmate line, specifically the 7-quart model.
