This is a custom cup holder designed for standard Igloo water cooler brackets. It serves as a simple storage compartment rather than a dispensing mechanism due to the limitations of my existing cups. The included attachment securely holds cups measuring up to 3.2 inches in diameter or 8.2 cm, with an acceptable tolerance of plus or minus 5 millimeters. I divided this design into two separate components for added structural integrity. This approach also allows users to reuse the bracket part without reprinting it if they need to accommodate cups of varying sizes in the future. Assembly requires 2x M3 screws measuring 13mm each and 2x corresponding nuts. When attaching the parts, ensure the nut holes are aligned properly. To facilitate the insertion of nuts into tight spaces, use a screw to gently push them into their designated holes before assembling the components. For users with screw threading issues, minor adjustments can be made using a 1/8th drill bit to expand the screw holes accordingly.
