I snapped my cooler off a high shelf, sending it crashing to the floor and shattering both hinges into tiny pieces. I carefully measured the original hinge with precision vernier calipers, taking meticulous note of its exact dimensions. With that crucial information in hand, I designed and 3D printed a fully functional replacement hinge. Now, you can choose to replace just the broken piece or opt for a complete set (since it's symmetrical). This design integrates perfectly with the original hinge pin or, if desired, an approximately .170" diameter by 1.285" length pin can be printed horizontally as a convenient substitute.
