History The church exterior reflects the comprehensive reconstruction that took place over the 12th and 13th centuries. Between the 16th and 18th centuries, reforms were undertaken that replaced the original apse. The building, which was in a state of ruin, was restored in the 1960s. The temple was declared a historical-artistic monument - precursor to the figure of cultural interest property - on October 9, 1963. Characteristics The church has capitals with vegetal motives. It has a rectangular floor plan that includes three naves of three sections with wooden roofing and a modern apse in the shape of a trapezoid or rectangle, note roofed with ribbed vaulting. The church entrance has been tentatively dated to the 13th century. The vault that roofs the presbytery has an pointed arch shape.
