Igaro D2 Under Stem Holder Mount Case
thingiverse
This new design has undergone some tweaks, causing certain pictures to lack triangular cutouts. The Igaro D2 case is designed to fit snugly under a bicycle stem. For optimal performance, the stem should be angled upwards, ensuring rainwater flows down the USB cable and power lead towards the ground. A partial rain cover is cleverly integrated into the front of the case. By offsetting it 50% from the head of the stem, the USB lead can easily clear even shorter stems. To secure the Igaro D2 in place, insert it with the USB port and power pins facing upwards towards the inner top of the case. Gently push on the USB port until the D2 clears the locking hump and clicks into position. Three to four millimeter zip ties can be used to firmly attach the holder under the stem. Removing the Igaro D2 requires some effort, as you'll need to coax it back over the securing hump. However, this process may cause damage or degradation to the plastic, making removal a one-time operation only.
