This bumper safeguards both the edge of the carbon fiber and the screw heads beneath it. I advise using a washer to prevent over-compressing the TPU at the bottom. Print upright, utilizing supports throughout. The bottom plate of the carbon fiber should slide into place within the bumper, while the two front posts fit snugly.
