iFlight iH3 GPS, Crossfire VTX Antenna Backpack
thingiverse
I designed this remix of M_Tops' Antenna and GPS mount, a brilliant design that incorporates GPS, Crossfire Immortal T, VTX, AND dual Capacitor mounts for the iFlight iH3 frame. Two things didn't fit my build, so I modified this antenna mount: 1. I only use one capacitor on my frame; 2. I wanted to use the TBS Crossfire Dipole sticking up vertically instead of the immortal T in a horizontal position. I basically sacrificed one Capacitor mount for a ziptie-based mounting platform for the Crossfire dipoles. There are now two slots for zipties. The idea is to put one ziptie in from the top and one from the bottom, then interlock those zipties, forming almost a perfect straight line. Then just fix the crossfire antenna with heatshrink or tape to those zipties. I used a tiny bit of double-sided tape to stick the GPS to the mounting plate, then tightened it down with another ziptie. However, I set that ziptie up at such an angle that the excess ziptie can be used to fix the VTX antenna roughly at the same angle as the crossfire antenna. This thing was made with Tinkercad.
