I made two parts for the DC5 titan frame kit. The front arm will serve as a temporary fix until my other carbon fiber arms arrive, getting me back in the air right away. However, I'm still unsure about its durability, so I printed the front boomerang out of PETG. Instead of using press nuts like the original arms, you fit 4 M3 nuts into these printed arms and they're good to go. The second part is a slightly modified air unit cage. It's basically the same as the original, but I moved the air unit back by 2mm to make use of shorter MMCX to SMA adapters. This part needs to be printed out of TPU; I used 75 Shore A ninjaflex for my prints. To get the full set, you can mirror the part on your slicer. I used 0.2mm layers for both parts. To strengthen the arms, I printed with 6 top and bottom layers, 4 perimeters, and 80% infill. The cage pieces were printed with standard top and bottom layers, 3 perimeters, and 15% infill, but that shouldn't make a big difference.
