Version 2: 11/3/2024Changes include increasing the steepness of the antenna tube, adding a hole at the bottom to decrease stress on the antenna tube when folded over the frame during transportation, changing the wiring notch to only one in the center, removing the forward mount brace, smoothing out the sides, shrinking the tube inner diameter for a better fit, and extending the angled bank on the mount to decrease the gap between the antenna and GPS mount. The same antenna mounts for different purposes. Here are two U.FL antenna mounts for the iFlight BOB 57, one short and one long. I cut a slit in the antenna sleeves for easy transport by pulling the antenna out of the split thus giving you some slack to protect the antenna when in a bag or while in transport.
