I redesigned the two feet in a reinforced version. The result is lighter and stronger than the original. 1/ Print settings - Layers & perimeters Layer height: 0.2 mm First layer height: 0.2 mm Perimeters: 3 minimum Solid layers: top -> 5 bottom -> 4 Minimum shell thickness: top -> 0.7 mm bottom -> 0.5 mm 2/ Print settings - Infill Fill density: 20% Fill pattern: Gyroid Length of the infill anchor: 2.5 mm Max lenght of the infill anchor: 12 mm Top fill pattern: Monotonic Bottom fill pattern: Monotonic Combine infill every 1 layer Fill angle: 45° 3/ Print settings - Skirt & brim Loops: min. 1 Distance from object: 2 mm Skirt height: 3 layers Min. filament extrusion length: 4 mm No brim, no support material 4/ Print settings - Speed Perimeters: 45 mm/s Small & external perimeters: 25 mm/s Infill & solid infill: 80 mm/s Top solid infill 40 mm/s Bridges: 30 mm/s Gap fill: 40 mm/s First layer speed: 20 mm/s 5/ Print settings - Extrusion width Default: 0.45 mm First layer: 0.42 mm Perimeters, external perim., infill, solid infill: 0.45 mm Top solid infill: 0.4 mm Infill/perim. overlap: 25% 6/ Filament settings - Filament FormFutura rPet(G) Nozzle temp.: first layer -> 232°C others layers: 237°C Bed temp.: first layer -> 80°C other layers -> 85°C 7/ Filament settings - Cooling Fan always on & auto cooling enable Fan speed: min. 10% max 30% Bridges fan speed: 50% Fan disable for the first 3 layers Full fan speed at layer 5
