iFactory BMG Volcano Direct Drive Mount

This is a direct mount for a BMG with a volcano hotend for the iFactory One belt printer. A normal V6 or TL/Phateus Dragon heatblock will not work with the iFactory as the block will contact the belt which will affect then angle of the nozzle. You will also need to get a longer nozzle for the volcano hotend as the standard e3d nozzle's tip would not reach the bed without the outer edge of the nozzle crashing into the belt.
