I snagged a Sega VS Hard Girls IF cosplay getup, but they opted for shiny tape circles instead of conventional buttons. I decided to craft my own in silver primavalue PLA by printing them out. I drew inspiration from gameplay footage and reference images, then scaled the designs to fit snugly over the existing "buttons" on the outfit. If you've got actual buttons lying around, you could always drill a hole at the bottom and attach them that way.
