IEC Fused LED Power Switch and plug
thingiverse
I am mounting my power supply under the print bed on the new Kossel 250, which makes a power switch mounted to the supply impractical as well as inconvenient. I have created a power box to mount to the printer with a recessed location for the IEC fused power adapter and included four XT-60 connections - one for the hot end, another for the hot end, one for fan(s) or lights, and a fourth for other equipment. The XT-60 connectors are common battery connectors used in RC cars and quadcopters. They should be a push fit configuration, but there are holes along the sides of the receptacle housings to allow for a bolt to secure the power connectors if needed. This box was designed to mount onto the Ultibot's Kossel 250 extrusions with the center-to-center distance of the lower extrusions measuring 39mm. I plan to attach the device using M3 bolts and T-slot nuts, so the holes in the tabs are 3.0mm in diameter - it will be a tight fit initially but since this panel should not have to be removed often (if at all), this tight fit should not be an issue.
