I created a simple placard design for my first 2-color print. The sign is 6 inches wide and 3 inches tall, making it easy to display in the kitchen above the coffee maker for my wife. I designed this using the 3D Builder program that comes with Windows 10. To create the print, I used a Cetus3D printer with eSun white PLA filament from Cetus3D and MakerGeeks.com "Charlie Brown" PLA filament. The settings were as follows: rafts weren't necessary since it didn't matter; supports were not required because there were none; resolution was set to 0.15 millimeters for a high-quality finish; infill was set at 10% for a balance between weight and detail. This project is part of the Cetus3D Kickstarter campaign, which offers an affordable way to start 3D printing with everything you need included in one package, available on kickstarter.com.
