Idler Wheel for XYZ Da Vinci 1.0

I designed this wheel based on the aluminum wheel that comes standard with the XYZ Da Vinci, drawing inspiration from its design. Two of my printers have experienced failures with this part, leading me to re-examine the issue. In a previous attempt, I considered redesigning the entire plate to incorporate a bearing. This new design is tailored for use in a resin printer, and I recently acquired an Anycubic Photon to test its feasibility as a replacement wheel. There are two versions available: the STD version offers a direct replacement, while the larger version mitigates deflection that can cause wear. One of my printers currently runs with this new wheel installed without issues. I've been printing on both Da Vinci's for about a month at 70mm/s with no feed problems or clicking sounds. Concerns now shift to belt longevity. Around Christmas time, I started printing at 100mm/s and the printer has continued to operate smoothly for months with no feed issues. To achieve this speed, nozzle temperatures were increased to 230 degrees Celsius. Plans are in place to run the printer until it approaches the one-year mark, then disassemble it to inspect the resin wheel for signs of wear.
