I designed these custom parts because I didn't have all the necessary components, so I modified them to work with what I had on hand. The part features a 3mm screw running through its center, threaded all the way, and I've counter-sunk the holes for easier screw access during installation. To connect the parts, I used a button head screw. This setup is specifically tailored for the cheaper bearings that have a 3mm hole instead of the standard 5mm ones.
