This is a versatile design of GT2 toothed idler pulley for 3D printers and CNC machines. The central hole accommodates the bearing (of any size). Users can modify the *.FCStd file in FreeCAD to create custom GT2 pulleys. Step 1: Download "IdlerPulley.FCStd" Step 2: Open the file in FreeCAD (If not installed, download from https://www.freecadweb.org/ and install. It's a free software) Step 3: Double click on the spreadsheet icon in the left panel of FreeCAD, and customize the values. You can edit the cells for "Number of Teeth", "Belt Width" and "Bearing Outer Diameter", which are highlighted in blue in the attached image. Modifying any other cell may disrupt the relationship and produce useless results. Recommended Bearing outer diameter - number of tooth relation: Number of teeth should be at least 2 times the bearing outer diameter.
