Idler Pulley for 624 Bearing and GT2 belt

This is an idler pulley perfectly suited for use with a 624 bearing measuring 4x13x5mm in size. The pulley features an outer diameter of 18mm and an internal diameter of 13mm, while its overall height comes in at 8.4mm. Additionally, the pulley's outer channel measures 6.4mm high by 1.5mm deep. To assemble this idler pulley, a 624 bearing, an M4 machine screw, and an M4 washer are required to provide some clearance for the bearing to rotate smoothly. This pulley was specifically designed to prevent the belt from slipping off the bearings in my drawing robot, which can be viewed at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1517211. The design also includes a spacer measuring 8mm OD x 4mm ID x 3.5mm height, which was necessary for adding clearance to fit the new pulleys with the drawing robot.
