One of my idler pulley bearings failed so I had to MacGyver a fix from some spare screws, which was quite a mess. However, I managed to repair it enough to create this model in Tinkercad and print it out, giving me spares now. This part prints in two halves, with the hole in the middle measuring 5.5mm, allowing the existing screw to slide straight through without any issues. To assemble the two parts together, simply place them in position with a nut and bolt, then touch a soldering iron around the center to seal them securely. Alternatively, you could use Superglue or another strong adhesive. To print this part, set your printer to 0.2mm resolution, disable Brim, enable Skirt, and use 100% infill for optimal results. You won't need a bearing for this part; it will replace the entire idler pulley assembly. Note: This is not an official replacement part but rather a temporary fix to get you back up and running until you receive the proper metal part from your supplier (in my case, two weeks from China!). Printer Settings: * Printer: Geeetech G2S Pro * Rafts: No * Supports: No * Resolution: 0.2mm * Infill: 100% * Notes: To assemble the two halves, place them together with a nut and bolt, then touch a soldering iron around the center to seal them securely. You could use Superglue or another strong adhesive instead.
