This is a model of the RC10 6 gear transmission idler gear, part number 6613 or 6614. I printed up a PLA model and the fit and gear mesh was good. It may need to be tweaked to account for shrinkage of other materials. If you can get it to print with POM, that would be best for a functional part. Nylon may work as well. FreeCAD was able to create the gear profile using 22 Teeth, 20 degree pressure angle, and modulus of 31.27 thousands.
