Idler for Schlot bowden extruder
thingiverse
The original design is based on Schlot idler found at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:275593. A bearing adapter was designed to make it possible to use again the Sunhokey stock extruder bearing. The idler now uses a mounting system that includes an M4 screw. It is necessary to tap an M4 thread into the hole. Additional components include some M4 spacers, which provide position adjustment and accommodate different lengths of screws. Print settings are specified as follows: rafts can be omitted, supports also don't matter. The desired layer height for resolution should be set at 0.2. The infill density should be 100 percent. It's worth noting that the printing was done using PLA.
