This is an advanced heat management system for the DeAgostini idbox. The heat sink/spreader significantly reduces thermal creep during PLA printing processes. ##Specifications - Copper wire is required with a diameter of 0.3mm to 0.4mm. - Thermal paste/grease is necessary, specifically silicone-based thermal grease. - Other thermal pastes can be used after reading the safety data sheet. - Anti-seize copper paste is an option. - Boron nitride paste can also be utilized. - Carbon/Graphite paste is another alternative. - Unfluxed copper desoldering wick/braid with a width of 3mm to 4mm is required. - Spiral wire wrap with an inner diameter of 5mm and outer diameter of 7mm must be used. - Two to three twist ties are necessary. ##Related Resource - The idbox LEAD NUT CASE by ichibey can be found on Thingiverse at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2142060.
