The design was crafted in Google Sketchup. To ensure successful printing, it's essential to print the model flat with supports. In addition, I added manual support in Simplify 3D under the small planes holding the card in place. Printed at a moderate infill of 20/25%, though 100% would be ideal as my transparent prints are prone to snapping if bent in cold temperatures. Print Settings Printer Brand: Wanhao Printer: Wanhao Duplicator i3 V2 Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 25% - 100% Notes: I'm using the Wanhao Duplicator i3 Plus. The G-code and printer profile have been uploaded. Printed at 50% speed. Material used is White PLA with a nozzle diameter of 0.75 mm. Temperature settings: hotend at 185C, bed temperature at 60C.
