Multi Material ID Card Holders, To get started, use 2 print jobs per ID Card Holder using just one nozzle. First, print the TEXT file, then print the HOLDER file. I start by printing the first file, and once it's finished, I select to preheat my printer. I keep the nozzle and bed hot at all times. Do not remove the first print from the bed until the second print is done, as it will print around the first one. As long as you have good bed adhesion! I don't use anything to adhere to the bed - no tape, glue, or hairspray! I simply remove my glass before printing and wash it with hot soapy water. I rinse thoroughly and dry it with paper towels. Be careful not to touch the print area of your glass before placing it back in the printer, or you'll have to start again. Settings: * No bed adhesion is used (this is very important). * Nozzle temperature: 190-205 degrees (depending on how cold my print room is). * Bed temperature: 70 degrees. * Layer thickness: 0.2mm. * Infill percentage: 100%. * Flow rate: 102.5%. * Print speed: 40mms. * Retraction: Yes. * Z-hop: Yes, 2mm. * Ironing: Yes. I've used Photoshop, TinkerCad, and Cura as my slicer. I'll include the gcode files, which have already been aligned with each other and include all my current settings. If you have any issues or are happy with your print, please leave a comment! Happy printing, folks!
