I designed and crafted this ID card holder with precision, accommodating two standard cards measuring 86x54mm. Cards are effortlessly inserted through the top opening, after which spring-loaded clips snap into place, securing them firmly within the slot. The inclusion of a 1mm height stopper further enhances stability in this critical area. This open design makes it an ideal choice for office card entry or transportation transit cards. Its minimal thickness of just 5mm and backing of 1mm ensure a sleek, compact profile. For optimal 3D printing results, I recommend setting the rafting feature and printing along the longest side with a layer thickness of 0.15mm at a slow speed.
