Great for keeping your ID / Proximity cards and RSA token handy. I did find the one made by devivero0186 but needed to modify it but as no source attached I started from scratch. Made it so Token cannot be removed except by removing the cards first. Also due to giving access to source if you have different size cards or more/less cards you can change it easily. I have made most variables easily changed even if you don't know how to use Onshape. UPDATE: Fixed minor error with RSA token thickness and also added right handed model so RSA token is correct way up when grabbed from your right side. Print Settings Printer: Custom CoreXY Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 30% Notes: You can print the left handed one without supports if you print it standing up. However this will not make it very strong in the direction you mostly be pulling at it in. I print it with the ID card side face down with supports, to produce a print that should last a long time of everyday use. I also used a wide brim to make sure it doesn't lift. Optional: Make sure you print in ABS if you might be storing it inside a hot car when not at work. How I Designed This Designed in Onshape. You can locate this design here
