The original door was solid and it made for horrible/inexistent airflow. The drives were cooking inside, and the fan had to spin up hard causing a lot of noise. This fixed everything. Just add the cutout "mesh modifier" part in Slic3r and let the screenshots guide you. You can pick the infill type, density. It also acts like a dust filter. Depending on your printer and infill type you can go for 40-50% infill and that will keep most of dust out, while still having a lot of area for good airflow. Just customize your favorite. Oh, and just superglue some small metal sheet for that magnet to latch onto.
