Adapter for ICY Dock Hot Swap Hard Drive Bay from 3.5" to 2.5" 7mm height. This adapter will allow you to use a 2.5" 7mm height SSD or hard drive (laptop form factor) in a Icy Dock hot swap bay. This was designed with the ICY Dock in mind, but should work for other similar designed hard disk enclosures. No supports required. The 2.5" drive is supported by four pins or nibs on the side. You will need to flex the bracket a bit on the outside to get the pins to engage the side mounting holes, so be careful. Could probably use some tuning but it's functional and works for my needs.
