Icosahedron joints for straw
thingiverse
This is a crucial joint to construct a complete icosahedron (20-sided solid) using 5mm straw diameter tubing. Work remains in progress. The process involves tilting a tube 57° from the vertical and creating an array of five tubes, each spaced at 72° apart. However, a critical adjustment must be made since the initial angle was not precisely 57 degrees. Instead, the correct tilt is 58.25 degrees.
