thingiverse
This is a joint to craft an icosahedron using square tubing, or wooden sticks, with a square cross section. The model comes supplied with a 25 mm square hole, 37.5 mm deep. To assemble the complete icosahedron, you'll need 12 of these joints, along with 30 sticks or square tubing of equal length. This should be straightforward to print as long as your printer can handle a 58 degree overhang. The image is a rendering created using Blender software.
